Mission:

St. Laurent Sweetwater Fish Processing Plant is committed to provide affordable and quality fish products by efficient management of the fish plant, cooperative harvesting and strategic marketing in Canada and beyond, thus enhancing the lives of the fishing and surrounding communities.

Objectives:

The primary objective of the Project is to increase, and make sustainable, the income of local fishers coupled with social and environmental responsibility for the community.

  • Use of highly efficient flow-through systems to minimize degradation of fish product from receiving to shipping.
