Project Administration

CDF organizes the necessary team members and will facilitate, report, and analyze the project under the supervision of a project manager.

 

CDF's role is to ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget.

The Services of the CDF team includes:

 

  • Project Start Up Activities;

  • Cultural and Environmental Assessment;

  • Regulatory Liason for Governmental Approvals;

  • Environmental Act licencing;

  • Federal and Ancillary Permits;

  • Conceptual and Detailed Architectural and Engineering Designs;

  • Procurement and Construction;

  • Regular Project Scope and Budgetary Review;

  • Staff Training for Project Operations; and

  • Project Close-out.

 

As part of the Project Close-out services, CDF will confirm that the project is completed and commercially operational.

 

Further, CDF, provides assistance with:

 

technical issues;

warranty follow-up support from contractors and suppliers;

completion of documentation for permit compliance and occupancy;

reconciliation of financial reporting and wrap up; and

documentation of the completed project through "as-built" documentation as well as operations and maintenance manuals as required.
