CDF organizes the necessary team members and will facilitate, report, and analyze the project under the supervision of a project manager.
CDF's role is to ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget.
The Services of the CDF team includes:
Project Start Up Activities;
Cultural and Environmental Assessment;
Regulatory Liason for Governmental Approvals;
Environmental Act licencing;
Federal and Ancillary Permits;
Conceptual and Detailed Architectural and Engineering Designs;
Procurement and Construction;
Regular Project Scope and Budgetary Review;
Staff Training for Project Operations; and
As part of the Project Close-out services, CDF will confirm that the project is completed and commercially operational.
Further, CDF, provides assistance with:
warranty follow-up support from contractors and suppliers;
completion of documentation for permit compliance and occupancy;
reconciliation of financial reporting and wrap up; and
documentation of the completed project through "as-built" documentation as well as operations and maintenance manuals as required.
